Sabrina
The multitude of women’s contributions have always been intertwined within the fabric of America’s greatness. Their bravery, courage, and persistent strength of character have inspired many of the greatest novels in American literature. Sabrina is one such woman I have come to know, respect, love, and admire. Much like the Mimosa flower, which symbolizes female strength, courage, and sensibility, I marvel at her bravery and how she has risen above the many afflictions that came her way that physically and emotionally impacted her life. She represents the sturdiness of a woman who can thrive and survive even in the most brutal conditions, always attentive and resourceful, always making a way where there seems to be none. She is a true warrior with lifelong conviction.
Sharing her life of love, compassion, and involvement is her true impetus; not allowing her afflictions to blind her, she has risen above them. An angel sent from a God, she has been blessed with the strength to rise above all things and to make everyone’s life around her more meaningful. She is an evocative tribute to another woman who became the most widely admired woman of the 20th century despite losing her hearing and sight. Although worlds apart, both women share the same resilience, compassion, and willingness to live a fruitful life despite their disabilities. Her limbs may be weak, but her heart and spirit are strong, and when her illness tore her world apart, she began to see life through different eyes. Sabrina is a reminder that despite hardships, she is a warrior who rises above societal limitations and will always remain a shining star. Her intense devotion expresses her feelings of faith and loyalty. not only to God but the individuals who make America true to the ideals they attempt to follow.
Helen Keller once wrote;
“I cannot do everything, but I can do something. I must not fail at the something that I can do.”
May God bless Sabrina and you as well, my dear friends.

What a beautiful tribute to two spectacular women! Helen Keller has been an inspiration to me for most of my adult life. Helen Keller also said “ the only thing worse than being blind is having sight but no vision!” And may God bless you, Drake, for continuously feeding our souls and minds 💕✝️
