Clarity Helps You Push Through Doubt

On a clear day you can see forever, but when the clouds roll in it becomes nearly impossible.

When you’re unfocused and distracted, it’s easy to start doubting yourself. Uncertainty will clog up your mind you will begin to question everyone and everything around you. Mental clarity helps you to see yourself more honestly and less judgemental. Instead of worrying about what others think of you, a clear and focused mind won’t even begin to entertain such negative thoughts.

Have you ever gone throughout the day feeling like you can’t finish a thought? Like your mind is all over the place like puzzle pieces scattered each and every way over the floor? When your brain is foggy and you’re riddled with indecision, it’s almost impossible to make the right choices to get you to where you want to be; your inner monologue might feel overwhelming to the point where can’t finish a thought no matter how hard you try.

Without a clear mindset, it’s easy to talk yourself through things and get frustrated when you can’t focus. You’re more than likely going to give in to your “inner critic” and forget about the goals you’ve been working towards, and just give up!

For this reason, one of your daily goals would be to start and finish your day with clarity. A clear mind. When you have mental transparency, your mind isn’t clouded with indecision, what-ifs, or overwhelming worry.

A clear mind:

Helps you find focus and direction

Makes it easier to get things done

Makes it easier to prioritize

Helps you push through doubt

Helps you feel content

Whatever it is that you’re overthinking, make a decision and roll with it. You will learn whether you made the right decision or not, and you can correct your course if necessary.

Let me be very clear on this; Mental clarity can change your life!

If you have a craving for more clarity in your life to feel focused, here are five ways to get you started;

1. A solid daily routine;

Routines define our daily lives. by taking the guesswork out of what to do.

Journaling gets random thoughts out of your head

Meditation creates quiet moments away from all other distractions

Workout gives you a chance to focus on your body rather than your thoughts

2. Focus on your future vision

Make a list of things you want to accomplish in a lifetime   At my age it has become a very short list)

Keep that vision in your head and visit it every day It gives you a goal

3. Define your priorities

Instead of overthinking where you should put your time and energy, go through your list to help you decide.

4. Plan your day the night before

Don’t wait until the last minute to figure out what you need to do right before you need to do it

Plan on it the night before

5. Take Action

Action creates clarity, just thinking about things is nothing but a waste of time

Oh, I almost forgot there are actually six ways to get started..

6. Repeat number 5 every day and at night while you’re falling asleep — your brain will hold on to that one!

“If you want power over doubt, control the narrative in your head”

I think that if you have God on your side, everything becomes clearer.

Blessings dear friends,

    Yes, I have felt like I can’t finish it thought! I regularly try to clear out the clutter in my head and make room for positive vibes. Overthinking uses way too much energy and is exhausting. We can have peace with God. At times He needs to reorient us and catch our attention to accept His peace that He so graciously gives us. You have given us an excellent plan to put into practice! Thank you 🙏

    This completely hits home for me! I wish younger me could have read this because i had absolutely NO clarity. But more and more I am learning how to have a clearer mind and focus on my future and goals i want to accomplish before i am an adult. And alot of the ways i try and clear my mind are actually on this list like working out, i try and work out everyday or when i can stay after school i go i the weight room and workout, or i go for a run or walk outside or i even ride my skateboard 🛹 anything outdoors i love and helps alot with clearing the mind. This definitely helps with clarity for me and I'm positive for other people to ❤️❤️🇺🇲🇺🇲💖💖
